Zac Lewis is an Australian osteopath with 10+ years experience in sports injury and management. With a strong athletic background he has treated and rehabilitated a breadth of biomechanical dysfunctions and mechanical injuries.
Recently his focus has been on central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) dysfunction at a purely neurological based clinic in NSW, Australia. This experience has enhanced his ability to identify underlying dysfunction of systems controlling coordination, reflexes, stress induced pain such as headaches/migraines, and adolescent development.
Clinical interests include dural tension (upper neck, brainstem dysfunction), sporting injuries, chronic headaches and athletic performance optimisation.
Outside of work life he enjoys creating music and outdoor adventuring, prompting his move to Queenstown.
