Nat is proudly Canadian and has a passion for helping others do better and feel better. Growing up with an active lifestyle, she was involved in competitive sports from a young age. Nat was introduced to the restorative benefits of chiropractics in her early teens which played a paramount role in her recovery after a sports injury. The haste of her recovery and level of care she received sparked an interest in both exercise and healthcare as a vocation.
Nat graduated from Western University in London, ON, Canada in 2016 with a BA (Hons) Kinesiology – Specialization in Fitness & Exercise Prescription. A qualified personal trainer, Nat has experience motivating a diverse range of clients across fitness studios including 1-1 sessions and group training.
Nat moved to New Zealand in 2017 to study Chiropractics, and with completion of her degree she knew Queenstown was the right place for her.
Out of the clinic, Nat can be found outdoors, or involved in anything active from hiking to weightlifting. Nat looks forward to sharing her love of functional wellness and movement with her clients in Queenstown!
